How long does it take to process my order? 

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing in addition to shipping time.

When will I receive my order?

Depending on the shipping method selected and the time your order is placed, you can expect delivery within 1–14 business days.

Can I get my order faster? 

If you need an item urgently, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and expedited shipping options.

Will I receive order updates? 

Yes! You will receive an order confirmation email within one hour of purchase (as long as a valid email address is provided). A shipping confirmation email will be sent within 12 hours once your order has
shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? 

We process orders quickly, but please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate
your request.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address? 

Please reach out to us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the address.

What forms of payment do you accept? 

As a secure, e-commerce-enabled website, we currently accept credit card payments & PayPal payments.

When can I expect my ordIs my payment information secure?

Why was my payment declined?

What is your return policy? 

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.

How do I start a return?

Are return shipping costs covered? 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Can I exchange an item? 

If you need a different size or item, please reach out and we’ll help arrange an exchange if available.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item? 

We’re sorry about that! Please contact us right away with photos, and we’ll make it right.

How long does it take to process a return? 

Once your return is received, please allow a few business days for it to be processed and refunded.
